Can I use Official Documents instead of my physical ID?

Official Documents is a convenience tool. Whether a digital ID is accepted depends on the officer, business, or agency you are presenting to. Always carry your physical documents when required by law.

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Document images are stored exclusively on your iPhone, encrypted by the iOS Secure Enclave. They never leave your device and cannot be accessed by anyone — including us.

What is Guided Access mode?

When you present documents, the app uses iOS Guided Access to completely lock your phone. The officer can view your documents but cannot navigate to other apps or close Official Documents. Triple-click the side button and use Face ID to exit presentation mode.

I forgot my activation code

Contact us at support@usegroup.com with your registration details and we will assist you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Official Documents → Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Delete the app from your iPhone to remove all document data. To request deletion of your registration record from our server, email us at support@usegroup.com.

The app won't accept my Face ID

After two failed Face ID attempts, the app will offer your device passcode as an alternative. Make sure Face ID is set up correctly in iPhone Settings → Face ID & Passcode.

My documents aren't showing in kiosk view

Make sure you have selected documents before tapping Present. Tap the circle next to each document you want to show, then tap the Present button.
