Official Documents is a secure digital wallet for identity documents. The App allows you to photograph, store, and present identity documents on your iPhone. Document images are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to any server.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The App offers a 30-day free trial followed by an annual subscription of $3.99/year. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Official Documents does not replace, substitute for, or constitute a government-issued identification document. Digital copies of documents stored in this application are reproductions only and may not be legally equivalent to original physical documents.
Digital identification stored in this application may not be accepted by law enforcement officers, government agencies, transportation authorities, financial institutions, businesses, or any other person or entity requesting identification. Acceptance is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and the sole discretion of the requesting authority.
Users are strongly advised to carry their original physical identification documents at all times. Unlimited Systems Engineering and the developers of Official Documents assume no liability for any consequences arising from the failure of any authority or institution to accept digital identification displayed through this application.
The legal status of digital identification varies by jurisdiction. Some states and localities may recognize digital identification under certain circumstances while others may not. It is the user's responsibility to understand the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Official Documents includes features designed to assist users in complying with lawful requests from law enforcement officers. However, the application does not guarantee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws regarding the presentation of identification documents to law enforcement.
The Guided Access kiosk presentation feature is designed to allow secure display of documents to authorized personnel. Unlimited Systems Engineering makes no representations or warranties that this feature will be accepted or recognized by any law enforcement agency, government authority, or other institution as a valid method of presenting identification.
While Official Documents employs industry-standard security measures to protect your documents, no digital storage system is completely immune to security vulnerabilities. Users store documents at their own risk. Unlimited Systems Engineering assumes no liability for unauthorized access to documents stored in the application resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this application or its associated materials constitutes legal advice. Users should consult a qualified attorney regarding questions about the legal status of digital identification in their jurisdiction.
Unlimited Systems Engineering reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unlimited Systems Engineering shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of documents, reliance on the App in place of physical documents, or damages arising from the refusal of any authority or institution to accept digital identification displayed through this application.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request deletion of your registration record.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
